NOTICE OF 44th ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING 2020 AT MUMBAI

The 44th Annual General Body Meeting of the Association of Medical Physicists of India will be held as a hybrid event on 20th March 2021 at 4.30 pm at the venue of AMPICON2020 at Mumbai.
Agenda of the meeting
1) To read and confirm the minutes of the 43rd Annual General Body meeting held on 8th November 2019 at 5.30 pm at the venue of AMPICON2019 at Kolkata.
2) To examine and adopt the report of Executive Committee of the Association for the year 2019-20
3) To examine and adopt the reports of Board of Trustees and CMPI for the year 2019-2020
4) To examine and adopt the Audited Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Association for the Year 2019-20 and proposed budget for the year 2021-22
5) Progress of AMPICON 2021 and bid for AMPICON 2022
6) To inform GBM about the AMPI-ESTRO collaboration
7) Approval of amended AMPI Constitution
8) Declaration of AMPI (EC, BOT and CMPI) Election 2021 – 2024 Results and approval by General Body.
9) Any other matter with the permission of the chair
