Notice for 41st AGBM 2017 and Annual Report 2016-2017

On behalf of AMPI, I am pleased to invite all members to attend 41^st Annual General Body Meeting (AGBM) of the ASSOCIATION OF MEDICAL PHYSICISTS OF INDIA (AMPI) which will be held on November 6th, 2017 (Monday) at 17:30Hrs (5:30PM) at AMPICON2017 venue Main Hall-A, Auditorium of SMS Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur with following agenda:

Agenda

1. To confirm the minutes of the 40^th AGBM2016 at Hyderabad
2. To examine & adopt the reports of the Executive Committee of AMPI for the year 2016-17
3. To examine & adopt the reports of BOT and CMPI for the year 2016-17
4. To examine & adopt the Audited Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Association for the year 2016-17
5. Progress Report of AMPICON2018 & AMPICON2019 Bids
6. Declaration of Election Results of AMPI EC, BOT and CMPI and approval of General Body
7. To review the AMPI Constitution and to form various subcommittees
8. To organize a special GBM every year and 6-hours duration of AGBM
9. To explore the formation of Medical Physics Council
10. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair
