The 37^th Annual General Body Meeting of the Association of Medical Physicists of India was held on 21^st September 2013 (Saturday) at 15.30hrs at ACTREC, Mumbai – 400 094.

Agenda of the Meeting

1. To read and confirm the minutes of the 36th Annual General Body meeting held on 28th September 2012 (Friday) at 14.30hrs in Auditorium, CT & CRS, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai – 400 094
2. To examine and adopt the report of the Executive Committee of the Association for the year 2012-13.
3. To examine and adopt the report of the Board of Trustees of the Association for the year 2012-13.
4. To examine and adopt the audited statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Association for the year 2012-13 and the proposed budget for the year 2013-14.
5. To appoint statutory auditor of the Association for the year 2013-14 and fix the remuneration.
6. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
