Invitation to the 48th Annual General Body Meeting

Dear Members of AMPI,
Warm Greetings!
On behalf of the Association of Medical Physicists of India (AMPI), I am pleased to invite all members to attend the 48th Annual General Body Meeting (AGBM) of the Association, which will be held on November 9, 2024, at 6:00 PM during AMPICON 2024 at the Banjara Bhavan, Hyderabad. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. To confirm the minutes of the 47th Annual General Body Meeting of the Association held on November 6, 2023, at AMPICON 2023.
2. To examine and adopt the reports of the Executive Committee, BOG, CPI, and GMP for the year 2023–24.
3. To examine and adopt the audited statement of accounts and balance sheet of the Association for the year 2023–24, and to review the proposed budget for the year 2024–25.
4. Progress report of AMPICON 2025 and presentation of bids for AMPICON 2026.
5. Review about the two Prizes for Best oral paper and best poster paper. EC accepted the suggestion.
6. Updates on AMPI matters concerning NMC, AERB, and NCAHP.
7. Discussion on the proposal for the Summer School (proposal attached).
8. Re-appointment of the auditor.
9. Part-time appointment of an accountant for AMPI.
10. Prompt information sharing by the chapters regarding updates in office and accounts.
11. Any other agenda items with the permission of the Chair.
