Important Note: AMPI members with membership number up to LM-2837 are eligible for voting !
Members can cast their vote as per election schedule, and guidelines released by the Returning Officer. Member has to have a valid login credentials to login the website and cast his/her vote. Member can vote up to a maximum of 15 EC Members in (eBallot – Executive Committee) , 5 BoT Members (eBallot – Board of Trust Members)
eBallot – Executive Committee
When you visit “eBallot for Executive Committee”, you are presented with list of nominees contesting as EC Members. You can choose any of them up to 15 members.
When you select a nominee, you can see the background of the selected nominee turn into light green color and also a “Selected” tag against that nominee. Also the VOTE button turns into CLEAR button
Now you can continue with choosing any other nominee. In case you made wrong selection, de-select the contestant by clicking on the CLEAR button
Once you are satisfied, you can click ‘Submit this Ballot Paper’
Now you are presented with list of selected contestants. You can confirm the ballot paper or click on NO to go back to eballot.
On successful submission, you are greeted with a thank you message and a link for ‘eBallot-Board of Trust’ members.
eBallot – Board of Trust Members
When you visit “Board of Trust Members”, you are presented with list of nominees contesting as BoT Members. You can choose any of them up to 5 members.
When you select a nominee, you can see the background of the selected nominee turn into light green color and also a “Selected” tag against that nominee. Also the VOTE button turns into CLEAR button
Now you can continue with choosing any other nominee. In case you made wrong selection, de-select the contestant by clicking on the CLEAR button
Once you are satisfied, you can click ‘Submit this Ballot Paper’
Now you are presented with list of selected contestants. You can confirm the ballot paper or click on NO to go back to eballot.
On successful submission, you are greeted with a thank you message.
