Dear Members of AMPI, Warm Greetings!
It is to bring to the notice of all members that we are inviting the expression of Interest (EOI) to host 47th Annual conference of Association of Medical Physicists of India (AMPI) in the year 2026 from the zonal/state chapter of AMPI through its office bearers or from members through their Head of the institution. The bidder will have to present their proposal in the forthcoming AMPICON 2024 at Hyderabad, during Annual General Body (AGM) meeting. The selection process will be based on voting if there is more than one bidder.
Therefore, I request interested chapters or members to submit the proposal to host the 47th Annual conference of AMPI for the year 2026 on or before 20th October 2024 and Communication to this effect to be sent to the email ids:

Please find the attachment of EOI in a prescribed format along with the bidding & selection procedure, and the terms & conditions for conducting 47th AMPICON2026.
