Just a short while ago it was brought to my notice that there was issue with the contestant’s list. Upon checking the list, I also noticed that the order of the contestant’s names had been changed. Webmaster confirmed that the list had automatically been shuffled after the KYM process and that the names are now appearing in alphabetical order. However, this has created doubts and concerns among the fraternity. Since we are currently in the middle of the electoral process, any change in the serial order of
the contestants is not acceptable. I have therefore requested the webmaster to restore the list to the same order in which it appeared at the beginning of the election process, i.e., on 20 September 2026. This may take a day or two to resolve, until then, voting will remain on hold. The last date for voting will accordingly be extended to compensate for the time lost.
Ever since the server maintenance was carried out, many of our colleagues have faced difficulties participating in the electoral process. I have received a number of queries from fellow AMPI members regarding login issues, non-receipt of OTPs, and the password reset option not functioning properly. These issues have now been resolved, and the system is working smoothly. If anyone is still experiencing any difficulty, please let me know so that the matter can be addressed.
