The 43rd Annual General Body Meeting of the Association of Medical Physicists of India will be held on 8th November, 2019, at 5.30 pm at the venue of AMPICON2019 at Kolkata.
Agenda of the meeting:
1) To read and confirm the minutes of the 42nd Annual General Body meeting held on 3rd November 2018 at the venue of AMPICON 2018 at Chennai
2) To examine and adopt the reports of Executive Committee of the Association for the year 2018-19
3) To examine and adopt the report of Board of Trustees and CMPI for the year 2018-2019
4) To examine and adopt the Audited Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Association for the Year 2018-19 and proposed budget for the year 2020-21
5) To discuss and decide about including cash award for the prestigious RNO Awardee
6) To discuss and decide about the status of surplus money left with the AMPICON organizer after the conference
7) To discuss and decide about increasing the OTG amount to Rs. 2 lakhs / year from existing Rs. 1 lakh/year and the eligibility criteria
8) To discuss and decide about OTG for young Medical Physicists having AMPI membership of less than 3years’ duration and Medical Physics students with or without AMPI membership
9) Progress of AMPICON-2020 and bid for AMPICON-2021
10) To review and revise the code of conduct for AMPI members (e.g. mass email communication and expectations of members)
11) To discuss and decide about using AMPI PAN and TAN numbers and sponsorship issues
12) To discuss and decide about the amendments in AMPI Awards
13) To inform the general body about possible AMPI –ESTRO collaboration
14) Any other matter with the permission of the chair
