The 42nd Annual General Body Meeting of the Association of Medical Physicists of India will be held on 3rd November, 2018 at 18:00 hrs, (6.00 pm) at the venue of AMPICON2018 at Chennai.
Agenda of the meeting:
- To read and confirm the minutes of the 41st Annual General Body meeting held on 6th November 2017 at the venue of AMPICON 2017 at Jaipur
- To read and confirm the minutes of the Special General Body meeting held on 25th March, 2018 at Jawaharlal Auditorium, AIIMS, Delhi
- To examine and adopt the reports of Executive Committee of the Association for the year 2017-18
- To examine and adopt the report of Board of Trustees and CMPI for the year 2017-2018
- To examine and adopt the Audited Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Association for the
Year 2017-18 and proposed budget for the year 2018-19 - Progress of AMPICON2019 & AMPICON2020 Bids.
- Discussion/Approval of revised (amended) AMPI Constitution
- Any other matter with the permission of the chair
