AIIMS, Delhi is in the process of advertising the vacancy (and hence the entrance test) for a Ph.D. seat at the Department Medical Physics (IRCH) for the topic in the subject area DIAGNOSTIC MEDICAL PHYSICS for the January 2020 session.

Candidates with M.Sc. Medical Physics OR M.Sc. Physics plus Diploma in Radiological Physics (DipRP) are eligible. The successful candidate will join JRF position in a project funded by a funding agency. The topic of the PhD will be related with Diagnostic Medical Physics (radiology, imaging, radiobiology, dosimetry in imaging, QA and optimisation in imaging etc). PhD at AIIMS is full time and hence the PhD student can’t work on or join other position till submission of the PhD thesis.
